Shipping Policy
Techniks Hair Studio and Salon
Effective Date: November 8, 2025
1. Order Processing
All online orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be any significant delay in shipment, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Lower Mainland, British Columbia: 5–7 business days

Elsewhere in Canada: 7–10 business days

United States: 10–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal volumes.
We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier has scanned your package.
4. Local Pickup
Local customers may request in-store pickup at our North Vancouver location. Please reachout to team@techniks.ca
5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged upon delivery.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Techniks Hair Studio and Salon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
